Anxiety
I have packing anxiety.
And traveling in a car for 17 hours anxiety.
I also have a shark might bite my leg off anxiety.
I have the type of anxiety that arises with the unknown of traveling with your boyfriend’s family for the first time ever.
I might be several shades of crazy.

In defense of a good pop song
Maybe pop songs aren’t the most brilliant songs ever written. I’m not much of a musician (unless you’re talking clarinet playing), so I can admit I don’t quite grasp why some despise a good pop song.
Maybe I just think a good pop song does what it sets out to do.
It will be catchy.

More things I didn't do over the past few days...
I did not buy a black dress AND a black shirt from Ann Taylor Loft because I knew I would wear them a lot and they were flattering and I loved them. I would not do that because they were slightly similar in nature and plus, as you all know, I do not have bags of money.
I did not color in a large rip on my favorite black flats with a sharpie. No, I definitely properly fixed the flap of leather...
